Yoga not only repairs illness but also help a person change and work towards betterment. Regular practice of yoga encourages a person for self-care. It gives one hope for effective healing from diseases and also protects the body from further injuries and diseases. Yoga changes a person completely. One ‘s Posture, breathing is improved.  Nervous system digestive system, skeletal system all function better with the practice of yoga.  Our skin starts to glow naturally.
